Full Moon in Cancer
This full moon could have your emotions running high at times.
The full moon is a time of releasing. Use this moon to let go of emotional triggers and cycles that are no longer serving you.
Cancer is a super emotional sign it's important to be sensitive to other people during this time as well as yourself. Take time to meditate to help soothe heightened emotions.
Fear may come up during this highly emotional time. If you dwell on your insecurities you will manifest from those insecurities. Now is a good time to face those fears and allow them to be released.
Take time to be gentle with yourself meditation can help with this. Also using patchouli essential oil in a diffuser or your bath will help with the releasing of the fears.
An affirmation for this time is: I completely love and accept myself as I am.
Every full moon is an opportunity to work on forgiving and releasing so we can move on. Take some time to journal about who or what you need to forgive in your life. We also need to release resistance to whatever has been holding us back. Take the pages that you have journaled about the forgiveness and releasing and burn them on the full moon. If burning is not an option for you tearing them up and burying them in the ground is another way of releasing into the earth.

Have I been acting too tough or independent lately? How has this impacted the most important relationships and what can I do to make this better?
