February 5th Full Moon in Leo

February 5th

Full Moon in Leo

With the full moon in Leo, it is a great time to look inward and ask yourself if you are fully aligned with who you wish to be. It is a time to stop people pleasing and put your needs first.

Leo carries a strong energy of pride, full moons are turning points as well as a time for surrendering and releasing. Surrendering doesn't mean giving up, it means handing over everything to the universe.

This full moon is it time to surrender and release areas of our life well we have carried too much pride it's the time for us to ask for what we desire and to let go of what is not in alignment with who we wish to be.

When the full moon is in Leo it can be a time when people feel more confident and show the world their talents.

When trying to manifest things into our lives sometimes we try to hold on to the reins and control it. Don't be afraid to release and let it go wild, giving it over to the universe, and have fun. One of the unexpected things is that having fun is one of the most powerful ways to manifest your desires.

Take time to have fun but also set aside time to just relax.

It is said that using cinnamon essential oil then a diffuser can help unleash your wild side freeing you to be open and playful.

An affirmation for this time is: “I release control, I surrender to the universe”

Every full moon is an opportunity to work on forgiving and releasing so we can move on.

Take some time to journal about who or what you need to forgive in your life.

We also need to release resistance to whatever has been holding us back.

Make a list of things that are not in alignment with who you wish to be.

Take the pages that you have journaled about forgiveness, releasing, and the list of unaligned things and burn them on the full moon. ( safely )

Additional journaling ideas during the full moon:

What would I do if I knew I couldn't fail?

When was the last time I danced like no one was watching? Have I been uptight and if so how can I work on that?

Which of my talents, assets, or personality traits am I most proud of? It's OK to be proud of yourself as long as you don't become arrogant.
